Send photos of the nameplates and receive a firm number, usually the same day. No obligation.
Funds change hands before a single section leaves your property. There is no consignment and no waiting on a downstream resale.
Our own crew takes the run down. You are not sourcing riggers, renting lifts or chasing a carrier who has never handled busway before.
You are never asked to test, megger or certify anything. We grade from physical condition and the nameplate. That is the entire process.
Fusible plugs, breaker units, bus duct, tap boxes, panelboards and starters all on one job is the normal case rather than the exception.
What we look for in feeder busway
Feeder busway has no plug openings. It exists to move large amounts of current from one point to another, typically from a service entrance or transformer to a switchboard, and it comes in the biggest ratings in the business.
We buy feeder runs from 400 amp through 5000 amp in both copper and aluminum. Because there are no openings to preserve, these runs are priced primarily on conductor content, rating and the length of the sections you can keep intact. High amperage copper feeder is the heaviest and most valuable material we handle by weight.
Long sections and intact joint hardware are worth real money here. A 3000 amp copper feeder run that comes down in full sections is a significantly better payday than the same run cut into scrap lengths, and our crew is set up specifically to bring it down that way.
| Ratings we buy | 400 amp through 5000 amp |
|---|---|
| Conductor | Copper and aluminum |
| Priced on | Rating, conductor content and section length |
| Heaviest material | High amperage copper feeder |
| Keep intact | Long sections and joint hardware |
| Removal | Lifts and rigging supplied by us |
