What this site is, and what our quotes mean.

Informational site

Everything here describes what we buy and how we buy it. Prices, ranges and market commentary on this site are general information, not an offer. A binding offer is a specific number we give you for your specific equipment after seeing photographs or the equipment itself.

Quotes

A quote is based on what you represent to us. It is firm and we do not re-trade it when the crew arrives. It can change only if the equipment turns out to be materially different from what was described — for example a fraction of the units discussed, or a different busway line entirely. Quotes are good for a reasonable window and may be revisited if metal markets move sharply before removal.

Title and authority

By selling to us you represent that you own the equipment or are authorized by the owner to sell it, and that it is free of liens. We keep a bill of sale on every purchase and comply with applicable state metal-transaction recordkeeping. We do not buy stolen material, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Dismantling, safety and site conditions

We perform the dismantling, rigging and removal ourselves. Nothing is removed while energised: de-energisation and lockout is arranged and verified before work begins, coordinated with your electrician, your facilities group or ours as your site requires. We carry insurance and provide certificates on request, we complete site orientation and badging where required, and we are responsible for our crew and equipment while on your property. You agree to provide reasonable access on the scheduled date.

No testing or condition warranty

We do not ask you to test, megger or certify any equipment, and we do not rely on any representation from you about whether a unit functions. Condition grading is entirely our responsibility and our risk.

Payment

Payment is made to the seller before the equipment is removed from the property. We do not take equipment on consignment and we do not defer payment until resale.

Site content

Photographs on this site are of real bus plug and busway equipment we have handled. Manufacturer names are used only to describe equipment we buy; we are not an authorized dealer, distributor or representative of any manufacturer, and no affiliation is implied.

Limitation

This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that every specification, rating table or market observation on it is free of error, and it should not be relied upon as engineering guidance. For code questions consult the NEC and your local authority having jurisdiction.
