01You Are Paid Before It Moves

Funds change hands before a single section leaves your property. There is no consignment and no waiting on a downstream resale.

02We Do The Dismantling

Our own crew takes the run down. You are not sourcing riggers, renting lifts or chasing a carrier who has never handled busway before.

03No Testing, Ever

You are never asked to test, megger or certify anything. We grade from physical condition and the nameplate. That is the entire process.

04Mixed Lots Are Welcome

Why Louisiana sellers call us

Busway comes onto the market for a handful of predictable reasons: a production line was retired, a plant is being demolished on a fixed date, a distribution system was upgraded and the old run came down, a tenant vacated and the landlord needs the electrical room cleared, or a maintenance storeroom is full of spares for a system that no longer exists. In every one of those cases somebody ends up with heavy, awkward, perfectly serviceable equipment bolted to a ceiling and no obvious way to convert it back into money.

Scrapping is the default, and it is usually the wrong call. A scrap price reflects metal weight minus the yard's processing cost. Our price reflects what a working plug is worth to a plant that cannot buy a new one for a discontinued busway line, which for resaleable equipment is frequently several times the scrap number. We also buy genuine scrap-grade material, so there is no downside to asking first.

Selling bus plugs and busway in Louisiana

Straight answers

How much of Louisiana do you cover?

All of it. We list 127 Louisiana cities and towns, and we buy outside those too — the list is for navigation, not a limit on our service area.

Do you charge for the removal or the freight?

No. The crew, the lifts, the rigging and the freight are all our cost, and they are already accounted for in the offer you receive.

What ratings do you buy in Louisiana?

Everything from 30 amp plug-in units up through 5000 amp feeder busway, copper and aluminum. Small frames are best sold as a pallet lot; a large breaker unit is worth a call on its own.

Will you buy gear that has sat idle for years?

Yes. Dust, surface rust, faded labels and a run that has not been energized in a decade do not disqualify anything.

Bus plugs or busway to move in Louisiana?
